Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the fragile nature of our pieces, we offer refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
For approved returns, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that slight variations in shape, tone, and texture are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
